- Receive the reported content
- You will receive an email notification containing the reported comment and relevant details.
- Open the email and review the content that has been flagged.
- Assess the content
- Carefully read the reported comment.
- Compare the content against our Terms of Use. Pay special attention to sections on acceptable use, illegal content, and objectionable material.
- Evaluate the Risk
- Use the Risk Assessment Guide to determine the level of risk associated with the reported content.
- Consider factors such as hate speech, promotion of illegal activities, misinformation, and any other criteria outlined in the guide
- Make a Decision
- Based on your assessment, decide whether the content violates our Terms of Use.
- If the content is deemed inappropriate or harmful, proceed to take action.
- Take Action
- Edit or Delete: You may edit or delete the reported comment if it violates our guidelines.
- Turn Off Replies: If necessary, disable replies to the post to prevent further discussion.
- Contact the User: Inform the user about the violation and the action taken. Provide guidance on acceptable behavior.
- Restrict or Warn: Depending on the severity, you may restrict the user's account or issue a warning.
