What is the criteria for banning a member?

Restricting a member removes them from a specific community, while banning removes them from HealthUnlocked entirely. The reasons for banning a member from HealthUnlocked, based on their Terms of Use, include:

  1. Violation of Terms of Use or Community Guidelines: Engaging in activities that breach HealthUnlocked's rules, such as posting prohibited content, harassment, or illegal activities.
  2. Spamming: Repeatedly posting unsolicited or irrelevant messages, advertisements, or links.
  3. Harassment or Bullying: Engaging in behavior that targets, intimidates, or threatens other members.
  4. Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  5. Inappropriate Content: Sharing content that is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate for the community.

To get a member banned from HealthUnlocked, please restrict the member from your community and contact support.
